Véronique Nichanian bids farewell to Hermès menswear
Véronique Nichanian presented her final menswear collection for Hermès at Paris Fashion Week on January 24, 2026, after 37 years with the luxury brand. The Fall-Winter 2026 show featured a material-driven aesthetic with pieces like a navy leather suit from 2003 and a khaki crocodile-skin suit, showcasing a restrained palette. Rediscovered Rubens Portrait Unveiled at Brafa Art Fair
Klaas Muller, a Brussels-based dealer, showcased a rediscovered portrait of an old man by Peter Paul Rubens at the 71st edition of the Brafa art fair, which opened this week. The painting, valued at approximately one million euros, is part of a larger exhibition featuring nearly 150 galleries from 19 countries, highlighting both Belgian heritage and international works. The fair, which runs until February 1, 2026, has expanded its offerings and aims to compete with the prestigious TEFAF fair in Maastricht.
